Aujourd\u2019hui, nous allons parler des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation. Vous savez \u00e0 quel point je priorise la sant\u00e9 mentale sur mon blog et je pense que c\u2019est un excellent sujet pour l\u2019article d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous avons tous au moins un ou plusieurs m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation ou strat\u00e9gies de <em>coping<\/em>. Ce sont des choses que nous faisons quotidiennement, surtout lorsque nous nous sentons stress\u00e9s, d\u00e9pass\u00e9s et anxieux. Aussi courants soient-ils, beaucoup de gens ne savent peut-\u00eatre pas ce que sont les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation et comment les reconna\u00eetre. Par cons\u00e9quent, comme d\u2019habitude, laissez-moi utiliser les \u00e9crits d\u2019autres auteurs pour vous expliquer le terme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019adaptation?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<em><strong>Les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation<\/strong> sont les strat\u00e9gies que les gens utilisent souvent face au stress et\/ou \u00e0 un traumatisme pour les aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions douloureuses ou difficiles<\/em>.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodtherapy.org\/blog\/psychpedia\/coping-mechanisms\">1<\/a> Autrement dit, les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation sont tout simplement la fa\u00e7on dont nous agissons afin de g\u00e9rer le stress et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019on est en face d\u2019une situation stressante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les m\u00e9canismes de <em>coping<\/em> peuvent \u00eatre sains ou malsains. Ainsi, il est important de pouvoir identifier chaque cat\u00e9gorie.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2982 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karoslittlecorner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Capture0-jpg.webp?resize=450%2C359&ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"359\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karoslittlecorner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Capture0-jpg.webp?w=450&ssl=1 450w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karoslittlecorner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Capture0-jpg.webp?resize=300%2C239&ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personnellement, l\u2019un de mes principaux m\u00e9canismes de <em>coping <\/em>est le \u00ab <strong>Catastrophisme<\/strong> \u00bb ; Je vous explique. En d\u2019autres termes, lorsque je suis confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une situation stressante, que ce soit quelque chose de vraiment grave ou quelque chose d\u2019aussi simple qu\u2019un match de football, j\u2019imagine toujours le pire sc\u00e9nario possible. Vous pouvez associer cette r\u00e9action \u00e0 la pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative (et c\u2019est le cas), mais la fa\u00e7on dont je le vois, en faisant cela, je me pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 tout ce qui pourrait en r\u00e9sulter. Cela m\u2019aide \u00e0 ne pas \u00eatre triste, en col\u00e8re ou d\u00e9\u00e7ue. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, si le r\u00e9sultat s\u2019av\u00e8re positif, cela provoquera un sentiment de bonheur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une sorte de soulagement difficile \u00e0 expliquer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outre celui cit\u00e9 ci-dessus, il existe d\u2019autres m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation malsains\/toxiques que nous pratiquons tous les jours, qui affectent inconsciemment notre sant\u00e9 mentale et physique, et m\u00eame nos relations avec les gens qui nous entourent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Isolation.<\/strong> Cela se produit lorsque la personne qui fait face \u00e0 la crise s\u2019isole de son entourage. Peu importe ce qui se passe dans la vie, nous aurons toujours besoin les uns des autres. Garder ses probl\u00e8mes pour soi n\u2019est pas toujours la bonne solution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. R\u00e9signation\/d\u00e9responsabilisation<\/strong>. Il y a des gens qui g\u00e8rent leur anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 en bl\u00e2mant les autres pour ce qui leur arrive. Parfois, il n\u2019y a m\u00eame pas de lien entre la situation et la personne qu\u2019ils bl\u00e2ment. Vous les entendrez souvent r\u00e9p\u00e9ter des phrases comme \u201cSi ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pour X, Y, Z, je ne serais pas dans cette situation aujourd\u2019hui\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Comparaison sociale descendante.<\/strong> Pour se sentir mieux face \u00e0 une situation malheureuse, il y a des gens qui se comparent aux autres. Ils se sentent mieux en sachant que quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre vit une situation bien pire .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Abus d\u2019alcool (ou de toute autre substance).<\/strong> Je crois que c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre le m\u00e9canisme le plus courant, d\u2019o\u00f9 le dicton populaire \u00ab Noyer son chagrin \u00bb, qui signifie essentiellement s\u2019alcooliser afin d\u2019\u00e9viter d\u2019affronter sa peine, son chagrin.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Je n\u2019ai pas pris de drogue. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas mon truc. Mais la boisson \u00e9tait horrible. Aujourd\u2019hui, quand je regarde en arri\u00e8re, c\u2019est comme si j\u2019\u00e9tais une autre personne. On pourrait appeler cela un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019adaptation, mais ce serait une excuse. J\u2019ai juste trop bu. <a class=\"qa_415714 oncl_a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.brainyquote.com\/authors\/gary-oldman-quotes\">Gary Oldman<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Automutilation.<\/strong> Il existe une autre cat\u00e9gorie de personnes qui g\u00e8rent le stress en se faisant du mal. Il n\u2019y a aucune raison pour que vous ayez honte du type de m\u00e9canismes de <em>coping<\/em> que vous utilisez. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le but de mon article. L\u2019\u00e9tape la plus importante est d\u2019identifier ces m\u00e9canismes, puis essayer de comprendre leur impact sur votre sant\u00e9 et enfin de reconna\u00eetre que c\u2019est quelque chose sur laquelle vous devez travailler. On ne parle pas assez des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation malsains, mais avec le temps, du soutien et de la patience, nous pouvons tous am\u00e9liorer notre sant\u00e9 mentale en adoptant lentement mais s\u00fbrement des m\u00e9canismes plus sains, dont je parlerai dans la deuxi\u00e8me partie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>C\u2019est tout ce que j\u2019ai pour aujourd\u2019hui.
